Operator

Account and use of the platform

Registration creates an account for accessing communities and managing your own creations. Registration and profile preparation are free. Provide truthful information, protect access to your account and do not use the service to infringe the rights of others. Creators offering paid content must be of legal age and complete verification.

Your content and its availability

You retain the rights to your own creation. By uploading content, you grant Fanuvi the right to save it, technically process it and display it to people according to the access you set for the duration of the service. Only upload content that you have the rights to use. Sample profiles marked as sample are for inspiration and do not represent actual membership offers.

Prohibited content is described Content rules. Violations can be report. Depending on the nature of the violation, we may limit the content or account; you can contact [email protected] against the decision.

Membership and payments

The purchase can only be completed with an active offer. Before confirming the order, you will receive the seller's specific conditions, information on fulfillment and price. Merely creating a profile or saving an offer does not obligate the fan to pay anything.

Creator's offer

Seller, price, currency, term and membership content will be displayed before purchase. With a subscription, the payment is repeated according to the selected period. A one-time purchase does not constitute a subscription.

Cancel renewal

Further renewal can be turned off in the account without a mandatory reason. Already paid access remains until the end of the paid period, unless separate legal or contractual reasons require a different solution.

Complaints and withdrawal

Withdrawal can be notified using the form on the Withdrawal page or by emailing [email protected]; the reason is not mandatory. We will confirm receipt of the notification by e-mail. Send complaints of defective performance to the same contact, with the order number and a description of the defect. Claims are assessed according to specific performance and applicable law. Consent to the immediate availability of digital content does not replace rights from defective performance.

Platform fee

The new reseller model is sold to the customer by KarmaPower, s.r.o. A creator is an author and supplier of content. His basic remuneration is 90% of the price after deduction of customer VAT; the platform share is 10% of this base. Standard payment processing and planned payouts are covered by the platform from its share. Additional VAT from the commission is not added to it. Supplier VAT and any statutory deduction are governed by the verified profile and the separate accepted supplier contract. Older transactions continue to be governed by the conditions imposed when they were negotiated. Details and model example are in price list. Any individual agreement must be expressly negotiated.

End of use and support

You can request data export and deletion in your account. Account termination requires settlement of active subscriptions and eligible claims; this does not eliminate the legal obligation to keep certain records. Send questions, claims and complaints to [email protected].

The consumer can use the out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute u Czech Trade Inspection. These rules do not limit the statutory rights of the consumer.

Partnership

Registration or activity on the platform does not create an ownership interest or right to partner reward. These can only be created on the basis of a separate approved program and contract.
